Paul from ARCS Sydney falsely accused a seller of dropshipping, even though the item was shipped locally from Melbourne and tracking clearly showed it was delivered by Australia Post to his address in Emu Heights, NSW. Despite being provided with full tracking evidence and clear communication, he continued to insist the item was never sent and left misleading negative feedback. When approached for a resolution, he was extremely rude, dismissive, and difficult to communicate with. This review is to caution others about the uncooperative and disrespectful manner experienced in dealing with this individual. Paul at ARCS came to inspect the "stage 1" work of NBN connecting fibre to premises and found multiple issues with the installation. He was able to confirm the existing premise wiring was not compliant with the "stage 2" FTTP installation. I engaged him to lay a new fibre connection to the house in order to make the future NBN work a seamless transition and he exceeded expectations. He was able to do the work utilising existing infrastructure without any new holes or damage and then tidied up the woeful work the NBN contractprs had performed when installing the new lead in fibre. He also managed to repair the existing connection NBN damaged as we had been without internet for nearly a week. I could not recommend him highly enough and will certainly utilise his skill for any future cabling projects. Vodafone said that it was all OK as far as the NBN node, but the problem was with the wiring from there to the house. We found Paul and he arrived when arranged and within minutes had identified two issues. One he fixed immediately, with an instant increase in speed, the other was in a junction box on the Telstra line that was inaccessible. He checked and found that NBN fibre would soon be available in our area and provided all the information we needed to arrange for NBN to link us up.
