Recently bought a house which had a bit of a mess of “DIY” telephone and network connections strewn through the house. Was all a bit dodgy. Paul came in, cleaned it up, explained what he was doing, cleaned up after himself and all-in-all provided a professional service at a reasonable price. +1 from me.
