A big shout out to ARCS Tech Paul who had our internet service back up and running in one afternoon after we’d been waiting since early January to have it restored. Paul identified our service problem in less than half an hour after 6 weeks, 7 NBN techs and 3 service calls still could not restore our service. We can’t thank you enough, Paul, you are brilliant!! I can’t recommend this service highly enough.
