The experience completely lived up to my expectations, with the feeling of a family member helping you out, the quality of installation that feeds my OCD and a professionalism that is top notch. Went from a 3 node mesh wifi that would constantly drop for no reason to a 2 Access Point system with hard wired TV’s that is pretty much maximum speed that our plan allows. Really looking forward to never thinking about my WIFI again!!! We were having ongoing issues with our internet service at home. Telstra were no help & said there wasn’t any fault at their end. We contacted Paul & he came very quickly. He tested everything and proved that the fault was caused at Telstra’s end. Paul explained everything to us & even made a video clip explaining the problems, so we can show the Telstra tech when they finally turn up. Paul at ARCS came to inspect the "stage 1" work of NBN connecting fibre to premises and found multiple issues with the installation. He was able to confirm the existing premise wiring was not compliant with the "stage 2" FTTP installation. I engaged him to lay a new fibre connection to the house in order to make the future NBN work a seamless transition and he exceeded expectations. He was able to do the work utilising existing infrastructure without any new holes or damage and then tidied up the woeful work the NBN contractprs had performed when installing the new lead in fibre. He also managed to repair the existing connection NBN damaged as we had been without internet for nearly a week. We highly recommend Paul from ARCS. We were having problems with our internet connection with Vodafone. Vodafone said that it was all OK as far as the NBN node, but the problem was with the wiring from there to the house. We found Paul and he arrived when arranged and within minutes had identified two issues. One he fixed immediately, with an instant increase in speed, the other was in a junction box on the Telstra line that was inaccessible. He checked and found that NBN fibre would soon be available in our area and provided all the information we needed to arrange for NBN to link us up. Paul is affable, friendly and obviously very experienced. If you live in the Penrith/Blue Mountains area, he is the person to go to.
